• Join us as a Data Solution Architect and become part of our Data Platform Team. • Responsible for transforming raw data into a strategic core asset that drives decision-making, innovation and operational efficiency within the company. • Design a scalable, secure, and efficient data architecture. • Accompany its deployment and act as a bridge between our business needs and technical teams. • Ensure that all data within nexmart is organised, accessible and useful to all data consumers. • Work in an agile team and proactively drive the transformation of nexmart into a data excellence company. • Optimise the existing data architecture and provide suitable data solutions by identifying data requirements and selecting suitable technologies. • Lead solution design and architecture and work closely with technology teams to meet business needs. • Interpret and deliver strategic plans to improve data integration, data quality and data delivery.

Requirements

• You have at least 5 years of professional experience as a Data Architect or Data Solution Architect. • You have experience in designing and implementing modern data architectures and data models for enterprise data, as well as leading projects in data warehousing, data modelling, data integration strategies and big data platforms. • Your strategic thinking and problem-solving skills will enable you to align technical decisions with business objectives and create scalable, efficient and secure data solutions. • You have experience working with large data sets, data warehousing, and building and revising our Data Tech Stack*. • With strong communication skills and the ability to synthesise complex information, you will not only be able to communicate clearly and understandably to our management, but also ensure strong stakeholder engagement and excel in cross-functional teams. • You enjoy staying abreast of new trends in AI and mentoring younger colleagues in your team. • You have excellent communication skills in English. • German language skills are a plus.
