Description

• Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to penetrate the DACH market, focusing on mid-sized companies in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland • Identify and qualify leads, build strong relationships with key stakeholders, and navigate complex sales cycles to drive revenue growth • Showcase the value of our No-Code Automation solution to CX/CS professionals, understanding their pain points and tailoring presentations to address their specific needs • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless implementation and ongoing support for our clients in the DACH region • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer feedback to continuously refine sales strategies and drive business success

Requirements

• Experience working in an early stage SaaS environment is highly desired • Proven track record of success in B2B SaaS sales, with at least 3 years of experience in the DACH market • Deep understanding of CX/CS operations and/or familiarity with automation solutions • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with fluency in German and English • Self-starter mentality with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
