Requirements

• Event Management: At least 5 years of proven experience in handling corporate meetings and tradeshows, demonstrating strong leadership in large-scale events. • Multitasking & Team Collaboration: Exceptional ability to juggle multiple priorities in tight schedules, with a proactive team-oriented approach. • Vendor Relations & RFP Expertise: Skilled in developing RFPs, negotiating contracts, and overseeing event vendors with efficiency. • Innovative Mindset: A creative approach to enhancing Nextech’s event presence and strategies. • Tech Proficiency: Solid knowledge of event registration systems and tradeshow technologies. • Strong Communication: Effective oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills, capable of delivering actionable insights to stakeholders.
