📋 Description

• Independently develop new solutions and services. • Collaborate with Engineering Solutions Delivery Managers to develop project/service level case studies, create proposal documents and quotes, and to understand ongoing projects. • Support pre-sales, sales and business development activities for the engineering group, including: • Working with the Sales team to prepare them on engineering solutions sales. • Building direct relations with clients to support sales leads and project awards. • Travel (up to 50%) and attend client meetings, both in person and online. • Deliver pilot projects for new markets, new clients, and new services as needed. • Establish/implement processes, and quality control. • Hire, lead, manage and train team members to support pilot projects. • Perform engineering tasks as needed. • Provide management creativity in solving problems. • Provide leadership and vision to the group. • Manage all aspects of engineering. • Independently develop content for sales/services collaterals (for existing and new services) • Interact collaboratively with other groups including HR, Sales, Finance.

🎯 Requirements

• Must be based in the West Region (US) • Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) or equivalent; advanced degrees highly preferred. • 10+ years related industry experience in design and/or optimization of wireless networks with at least 3 years in a project management/business development role in the US. • Demonstrated record of independently handing sales and delivery of engineering projects. • Prior work experience with Verizon and/or T-Mobile is strongly desired. • Well versed in wireless communications engineering, with strong connections within the industry (Operators and OEMs). • Strong understanding of 4G, 5G, O-RAN, and PCN to support the BD and delivery efforts • Must have strong experience with RAN and CORE engineering • Demonstrated ability to be a team builder • Demonstrated ability to work with internal and external organizations • Excellent interpersonal skills and customer interaction • Strong written and oral communication skills • Organized with good time management and strong adherence to policies • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools • Aligns with the company values
