Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering; Master’s degree preferred. • Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) required. • Minimum of 8 years of experience in residential structural engineering, with at least 3 years in a management role. • Proficiency in engineering software and tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SAP2000, ETABS). • Strong knowledge of building codes, standards, and regulations related to residential construction. • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
