Description

• Oversee the team's performance and development to enhance the department's growth and profitability. • Develop, lead, and enable a team of expert security consulting engineers by launching initiatives for growth and skills development. • Monitor internal team satisfaction, improve processes to ensure successful client service delivery, and identify and eliminate external risks. • Encourage the team’s contributions in meaningful community research, open source contributions, and publications. • Stay well-informed about industry trends and evolving security threats to continuously refine services. • Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide feedback, and support career advancement and skill development. • Collaborate with technical and project delivery teams to ensure seamless collaboration and assign people to audit projects. • Establish and maintain rigorous quality assurance processes for security audits and audit reports. • Identify potential technical risks and challenges specific to the team's work and proactively address them.

Requirements

• Deep knowledge and understanding of one or more of the following areas: distributed systems, blockchain security, cryptography protocols and/or blockchain systems • 7+ years of software engineering and/or engineering management experience with a track record in large-scale distributed systems (experience working within blockchain/Cosmos projects is preferred) • 3+ years in a leadership role, managing and scaling engineering teams. • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse and distributed team. • Excellent leadership and management skills. • Strong organizational and planning skills.
