Description

• Oversee the team's performance and development to enhance growth and profitability. • Develop, lead, and enable a team of expert security consulting engineers. • Onboard, coach, mentor, nurture, and grow a high-performing team. • Stay informed about industry trends and evolving security threats. • Lead and mentor the security engineering team, fostering a positive culture. • Conduct regular performance evaluations and support career advancement. • Collaborate with technical and project delivery teams. • Establish and maintain rigorous quality assurance processes. • Identify potential technical risks and challenges. • Encourage innovation within the team.

Requirements

• Deep knowledge and understanding of one or more areas: distributed systems, blockchain security, cryptography protocols and/or blockchain systems • 7+ years of software engineering and/or engineering management experience with a track record in large-scale distributed systems (experience working within blockchain/Cosmos projects is preferred) • 3+ years in a leadership role, managing and scaling engineering teams. • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse and distributed team. • Excellent leadership and management skills. • Strong organizational and planning skills.
