📋 Description

• The Vice President, Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) will provide strategic oversight across the RCM functional team(s). • Develop and ensure organizational agility through an ever-changing and evolving environment focused on performance management. • Develop a strategy to create and support a variety of operational efficiency models in Project Management, Vendor Partnerships, Compliance, and Quality Assurance. • Ensure all contracted deliverables, client Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and business metrics are met. • Develop, prioritize, implement, and execute a wide variety of business processes to support continuous improvement initiatives and support RCM’s core operations. • Handle escalations as needed or when/if violations in compliance are identified. • Oversee the development and analysis of statistical data, metrics, and specifications to determine present standards and establish proposed quality and reliability expectancy.

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in Revenue Cycle Management, Healthcare, or similar experience. • 8+ years of experience working with multiple levels of leaderships within a healthcare environment. • Knowledge of Revenue Cycle Management best practices. • Knowledge and understanding of business processes and drivers for large providers. • Knowledge and understanding of contract negotiations. • Leadership, executive level communication and presentation skills, negotiation, strategic and analytical.
