• Analyze, validate and process incentive compensation plans and bonus calculations • Collaborate with Sales Operations to ensure accurate sales data reporting • Be the point of contact for commissions related questions or issues • Help maintain and scale our Xactly Sales Compensation Tool • Assist in updating the system including implementation of new plans • Enable self-service and automation wherever possible • Perform all other duties as assigned
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Human Behavior or related field, or equivalent experience. • 5+ years of increasing responsibility in Sales Compensation administration roles. • Experience administering the Xactly compensation tool • Ability to communicate effectively and work cooperatively with staff at all levels of the organization. • Must possess the ability to work with confidential reports and information with complete discretion. • Self-starter capable of driving business results without significant supervision; process oriented. • Enthusiasm to learn new techniques and skills; including new software • Capacity to accept criticism and make corrections to projects as needed • Advanced technical skills • Excellent documentation skills • Results oriented; committed to quality of product and service • Passionately focused on driving projects and sales success, as well as dedicated to excellence • Highly organized with a strong attention to detail • Analytical and conceptual thinking skills • Advanced Computer skills: MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, Power Point)
