📋 Description

• NexusTek is anchored by a long-established core business that delivers unparalleled managed IT services. • We are expanding our offerings with three strategic initiatives: Professional and managed services for hybrid cloud, cyber security, generative AI and data. • We take away technology headaches allowing our clients to focus on their core business. • Working hours: Monday – Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm local time, some afterhours as needed to accommodate clients. • Project Managers are problem solvers with an analytical and creative approach to accomplishing objectives. • In this role you will be a trusted advisor between our clients and project team. • Ensure all deliverables meet Company’s expected level of quality. • Maintain constant vigilance with documenting billable activities, with an expectation of 6 hours of billable work daily.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 5 to 8 years experience as Project Manager leading IT projects • Understanding of Project Management Institute Framework and experience with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Office 365, MS Teams, SharePoint, ConnectWise • Process/playbook documentation experience • Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification, a plus • Experience being a billable resource • Master multi-tasker • Documentation and Communication Expert • MS Office Suite • ITIL Foundation, a plus • ITIL Practitioner, a plus
