Description

• Senior Systems Analyst responsible for Business, System, and Data Analysis. • Accountable for Quality Assurance and Production Support ensuring solutions meet business needs. • Acts as a liaison between the business and IT to deliver quality solutions. • Analyze business processes, document requirements, and recommend solutions. • Advocating for quality solutions by creating and executing test plans. • Mentoring BSA’s and troubleshooting complex tasks. • Facilitate User Acceptance Testing with stakeholders.

Requirements

• 4 Year / Bachelor Degree preferred or equivalent experience. • A minimum of five years of experience in Business Systems Analysis. • A minimum of one year of experience writing SQL queries required, three years preferred. • Experience working in an Agile team environment required. • Insurance industry knowledge preferred with a strong understanding of multiple functional areas. • Experience using ID3, OIPA, OnBase, Eloquence or Salesforce preferred.
