Description

• At Nielsen, we are passionate about our work to power a better media future. • Nielsen is seeking an experienced privacy/data protection attorney to join its Legal Privacy Team. • This position will be based in the US, with flexibility regarding location. • You will report directly to the Chief Privacy Officer.

Requirements

• J.D. degree from an ABA-accredited law school. • Active member in good standing of a U.S. state bar. • Extensive knowledge of global data protection laws with a strong preference for experience in US state laws • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a privacy/data protection lawyer. • Strong judgment, problem-solving skills, and a focus on practical outcomes. • Excellent writing, communication, and interpersonal skills. • Hands-on, practical approach, ready to work closely with legal, business, product, and engineering teams.
