• 1-3+ years of experience in a sales, customer service, or related role • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a natural ability to build rapport • Self-motivation and a goal-oriented mindset, with a passion for exceeding expectations • Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and an ability to learn new tools quickly • Excellent organizational and time management skills • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred • Bonus Points • Experience prospecting in the SaaS or healthcare industry • Familiarity with DME/HME operations or healthcare technology
