Description

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum of 8 years in a key account management role within the pharmaceutical or healthcare logistics industry, with proven experience in managing large-scale accounts. • Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the pharmaceutical supply chain, including regulatory requirements, compliance standards, and market dynamics. • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and inspire teams, driving performance and fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability. • Business Acumen: Strong strategic mindset with the ability to analyze market trends and develop actionable growth strategies. • Negotiation Skills: Exceptional negotiation and closing skills with a focus on achieving mutually beneficial outcomes. • Customer Focus: A commitment to understanding customer needs and delivering exceptional service and solutions. • Communication Skills: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders at all levels. • Results-Driven: A track record of meeting or exceeding business targets and performance metrics. • Adaptability: Ability to navigate a dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
