• Responsible for managing digital marketing engagements with clients across SEM, SEO, and Content • Conduct client discovery calls and establish measurable success metrics • Facilitate discovery calls for other practice areas to engage the customer on their timelines • Work with a technical lead partner on the account to collaboratively develop the strategy for meeting success metrics • Ensure a cohesive account strategy that aligns with the client’s goals • Create targeting profiles for the account • Lead weekly review calls with the client • Oversee the management of paid search marketing accounts • Research and select keywords and other audience defining parameters • Create ad copy and ad content for the account • Determine the best landing pages for campaigns • Ensure regular tracking and reporting of results • Spot trends and suggest improvements • Review and analyze competitor sites • Understand the clients’ objectives to develop SEM strategy • Occasionally, participate in the development of subject matter trainings and presentation of materials to staff
• At least 3 years of PPC managing experience, preferably within an agency environment • At least 1 year of experience working directly with clients, and account managing clients • Current Google AdWords Certification • Should have experience with common CRM and marketing systems, such as HubSpot or Salesforce • Should have experience with common tools for SEM and SEO research, such as SEMRush or Ahrefs • Strong understanding of performance analytics tools, like Google Analytics • Strong organizational skills; Prior project management experience preferred • Managing multiple competing priorities • Maintain relevant experience by staying current on emergent industry trends and technologies • Proactive problem-solving abilities • A positive attitude and a passion for marketing • Likes to work in a collaborative team environment and participate in a positive company culture • Ability to build and maintain trust with customers through open, honest and timely responses in the interest of long-term partnerships. • Ability to listen to customer expectations and initiate advertising requirement
