Description

• The Strategic Finance team is looking to make its first Senior Associate/Manager hire to build the function from the ground up. • The role spans upstream strategy development to downstream implementation and reporting. • Will report to the VP of Strategy and Finance and collaborate closely with leaders across the organization.

Requirements

• 2-5 years in banking, consulting, or a finance/FP&A role at a high-growth organization. Bonus if experience in healthcare • Analytical mindset – you like breaking down complex problems into simple pieces to come to an actionable strategy. Must be proficient in excel (and enjoy it!). Bonus if experience in SQL, Business Intelligence, FP&A, and/or accounting tools • Impact oriented – you don’t stop at the simple numerical answer. You translate from number to insight and from insight to action and work with others to get it done • Clear communicator – you are excited to work with stakeholders across the organization (Clinical, Operations, Pharmacy, Research) and build out a holistic understanding of the business • Scrappy – you can wade through complex data, find workarounds when the answer isn’t readily available, and are excited to get your hands dirty. You like building and refining processes over time and seeing regular progress and improvement
