At Nirmata, our mission is to accelerate adoption of cloud native technologies for enterprises. As our Head of Enterprise Sales, you will be responsible for defining and executing our enterprise sales strategy. This is a hands-on role where you will lead from the front, building and mentoring a high-performing sales team while also managing key accounts. Develop and implement a comprehensive enterprise sales strategy aligned with company objectives. Identify, target, and close strategic enterprise accounts. Build and manage a high-performing enterprise sales team, including hiring, training, and mentoring. Develop and refine our sales process, including lead generation, qualification, proposal development, negotiation, and closing. Create accurate sales forecasts and manage the sales pipeline. Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at target accounts. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and the competitive landscape. Report regularly on sales performance and key metrics.
Proven track record of success in enterprise sales, preferably in the cloud native space. Experience building and managing high-performing sales teams. Strong understanding of the enterprise sales cycle and complex deal structures. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders. Data-driven and analytical with a strong understanding of sales metrics. Experience working in a fast-paced, early-stage environment. Bachelor's degree in business or a related field preferred.
