📋 Description

• Nivoda is a fast-growing B2B and B2B2C marketplace revolutionizing the way the global jewellery industry operates. • We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to drive the continued success of our new categories within Nivoda’s Innovation Team. • You will be responsible for defining and executing the product vision, strategy, and roadmap to enhance the category's growth. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales. • Your insights and leadership will shape how Diamonds Gems & Melee are sourced, transacted, and managed within the B2B space.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience, ideally within eCommerce, marketplaces, or B2B product environments. Experience in the gems or melee industry is a strong plus. • Comfortable working with engineering teams and understanding technical requirements. Familiarity with agile methodologies. • Data-driven approach to decision-making with a strong grasp of metrics, analytics tools, and customer feedback mechanisms. • Proven track record of translating customer needs into compelling product features and experiences. • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners. • Ability to tackle complex challenges with innovative, strategic solutions. • Experience in B2B marketplaces or supply chain-focused platforms. • Familiarity with gems & melee sourcing, distribution, and market trends.
