Description

• Responsible for developing audiences/segments for multichannel deployment in line with strategic goals and targeted marketing efforts. • Execute and deploy email and social media marketing/communications campaigns through Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) and Audience Cloud using Match Multiplier. • Ensure data integrity and accuracy of campaign audiences using SAS Customer Intelligence (SASCI) and outbound file transfer protocols. • Provide reports on email KPIs through SFMC tracking, Litmus analytics, and post campaign measurement from SAS database query. • Consult with key stakeholders to determine how we can support their business needs through member and prospect data analysis. • Devise and develop email creatives though either HTML or SFMC content creation tool; in addition to testing and proofing with software tool (Litmus). • Maintain vast amounts of content through file management within SFMC for compliance and government mandates and posterity; processing request for campaign evaluation and year over year content analysis. • Work with cross functional teams to manage key data processes that support overall acquisition, retention, new product development and sales efforts.

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED • Bachelor’s degree preferred from an accredited college or university, preferably in business, marketing, education, or a related field. • Requires a minimum of 3 years marketing and or sales education experience in financial services, consumer products, or retail industries. • Health Insurance industry experience is a plus. • Knowledge Health Insurance Industry or financial/Credit Card Industry • General understanding of model development and implementation • Experience with analytical software such as SAS, SPSS • Experience with database queries using SQL • Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud • Prefers knowledge of Horizon BCBSNJ products and services • Must be proficient in the use of personal computers and supporting software in a Windows based environment, including MS Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Lotus Notes; • Should be knowledgeable in the use of intranet and internet applications
