•Who We Are: Noah Medical is building the future of medical robotics. •About The Team: The Galaxy Program Team at Noah Medical is the strategic engine driving our company's growth and success. •Key Metrics of Success: increase adoption of our technology among healthcare sites and physicians. •A Day In The Life Of Our Galaxy Program Manager: Strategic Program Development and Execution. •Stakeholder Engagement and Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with hospital executives. •Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams. •Meticulous Project Management: Oversee the end-to-end project management of programs. •Data-Driven Performance Metrics: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs). •Quality Assurance and Continuous Improvement: Conduct ongoing evaluations of program effectiveness. •Training and Support: Collaborate with the Training team to develop training programs.
Requirements
•5+ years of experience in customer service, project management, or customer success, ideally in the medical device industry. •Prior experience managing customer relationships to drive successful customer outcomes and acting as a customer advocate within an organization. •Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external project teams and management.
