Description
• As a Platforms Engineering 4LS/NPI Engineer, you will provide 4th level support • You will integrate and test products and support application developers • You need proven coding skills in technologies such as GO, k8s, OpenTelemetry • You will troubleshoot and fix customer deliveries
Requirements
• At least 5+ years of experience in understanding complex distributed systems and/or system software • Experience also in Ops side of DevOps, preferably in SaaS and CaaS environments • Attention to detail and preference to automate repetitive tasks • Excellent Linux knowledge • Solid understanding of computer networking: TCP/IP, DNS, TLS handshakes, higher level protocols like HTTP • Experience in leveraging cloud-based managed services is a benefit • Good understanding of virtualization platforms • Familiarity with container technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes • Experience in using open-source solutions, a track record of open-source contributions is highly valued • Understanding "Golden signals" in observability • Structured approach and excellent communications skills • Support in troubleshooting and performance optimization of analytics workloads • Fluent in spoken and written English is a must
