Description

• Partner with business and IT stakeholders to understand needs and define solutions. • Provide visionary leadership aligning IT strategies with business objectives. • Develop and implement SOPs across IT organization for consistent application management. • Collaborate to create and drive the IT Development & Integration roadmap. • Collaborate with PMO to deliver project objectives and implementation plans. • Champion digital transformation initiatives; integrate digital solutions seamlessly. • Attract, develop, and lead a world-class IT Enterprise applications organization. • Establish KPIs to measure the performance of the IT engineering team.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a technology related field. • Working experience can be substituted for academic experience. • 6+ years of experience in IT Software Management, with minimum of 2 years in an IT leadership role. • Strong understanding of DevOps principles and experience with tools such as Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, etc. • Strong Working knowledge of Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies. • Demonstrated leadership and strategic thinking abilities, with the capacity to drive organizational change and alignment. • Demonstrated ability to drive process standardization, innovation, and continuous improvement initiatives. • Strong knowledge of enterprise software, cloud solutions, technology trends, and industry best practices. • Fiscal fluency and ability to manage budgets and articulate and demonstrate return on investment for IT.
