β€’ Delivers a personalized and remarkable experience for our clients by answering questions β€’ Expert at resolving inquiries and transactions from Financial Reps and clients in a call center β€’ Researches and evaluates possible solutions to complex problems β€’ Regularly promotes client retention by identifying opportunities for the field to build relationships β€’ Takes ownership of calls and anticipates future issues to avoid repeat calls β€’ Ability to de-escalate client experience situations effectively β€’ Serves as a trusted advocate for Financial Representatives to meet client needs β€’ Embraces new technology and educates clients about self-service capabilities β€’ Understands risks and impacts of transactions on clients or policies β€’ Fosters professional relationships with clients to enhance brand loyalty β€’ Handles phone and transactional responsibilities with confidentiality and privacy standards β€’ Coaches, mentors, or trains others as needed

Requirements

β€’ Associates degree in business or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience β€’ Minimum of 4 years related customer service experience with proven customer service skills β€’ Expert knowledge of investment or income products or markets (i.e.VA, VL, VUL, Retirement & Business markets) β€’ An expert understanding of tax implications β€’ Advanced written and verbal communication skills β€’ Ability to multi-task and handle high volume of calls/case load with the greatest possible degree of accuracy β€’ Strong organization skills with the ability to prioritize tasks. β€’ A strong desire to continuously learn and improve β€’ Strong problem-solving skills and ability to provide options β€’ Demonstrated computer experience with solid keyboarding skills and proficiency with current software packages
