• Manage and support various deconversion processing projects • Work with Credit and Debit programs on Optis or Northeast platforms • Consult clients on business and technical requirements • Ensure quality in the implementation process • Provide post-implementation support for projects

Requirements

• Associate degree in a related field and/or equivalent combination of experience and education required • Bachelor’s degree preferred • Three (3) years of related experience in the payment processing industry required • Knowledge of payment card products, support services, and processes required • Ability to communicate effectively in both verbal and written formats • Proven facilitation, organizational, prioritization, decision-making and conflict resolution skills required • Ability to work independently with minimal guidance • Proficiency with Microsoft applications
