📋 Description

• Achieve Fiber Glass Systems O&G Sales and Business development objectives for the assigned region and Customer. • Lead FGS sales on Spoolable and Jointed Fiberglass Pipe as well as Fiberglass Tanks. • Target new customers, new applications and follow on sales leads. • Initiate regional sales calls and training seminars with area distributors and representatives. • Instruct distributors, contractors and customers concerning product applications. • Communicate & coordinate with management, peers and Regional Sales Director with regard to cross-region project sales activity requirements. • Visit customer facilities and/or construction jobsites to monitor project progress and customer satisfaction. • Investigate product complaints and assist customers and distributors in finding satisfactory solutions to sales and service problems. • Remain current in knowledge of competitive activities including product lines, pricing, services, market penetration. • Participate in trade shows, customer events within FGS and NOV. • Assists in establishing a realistic sales quota for the assigned district/Customer; generates and maintains sales volume to meet or exceed established quota; prepares sales forecasts.

🎯 Requirements

• Work may require evening and weekend work. • Previous customer-facing experience. • Candidate must be able to work independently in a home-based office. • Candidate must have strong oral and written communication skills to include the ability to provide group presentations in a seminar environment. • Significant domestic travel is required. • Valid US driver’s license and safe driving history. • Overnight Travel required 25%.
