β€’ The Functional Consultant provides functional support and best practice guidance to Zuri Group clients. β€’ This role is responsible for leading and supporting client projects, specifically focusing on Salesforce CRM implementations for nonprofit and higher education clients. β€’ The consultant plays a pivotal role in the successful implementation and operation of fundraising software systems, offering expertise in business process design, system configuration, conversion mapping and validation, system customization, reporting and data visualization, user acceptance testing, end-user training, deployment, and post-launch support. β€’ In this role, you would work directly with clients and lead partnerships as needed for clients ranging from large healthcare systems and universities to arts and cultural organizations and other non-profits. β€’ You would play a leadership role in client projects and serve as an agent of change. β€’ You possess strong communication skills and demonstrate an inquisitive nature. β€’ If you are interested in learning how things function and developing logical solutions to complex problems, this is the role for you!

🎯 Requirements

β€’ 2+ years in higher education advancement or development. β€’ 2+ years non-profit/higher ed CRM experience (BBCRM, Dynamics, Advance, Salesforce, Ascend, and/or Affinaquest). β€’ Ability to collaborate and establish strong working relationships with various teams and lead conversations with audiences of varying levels of experience. β€’ Highly analytical, technically proficient, and able to learn new tools and software quickly. β€’ Ability to relay and explain technical concepts to a broad audience, including non-technical staff. β€’ Strong oral and written communication skills with a demonstrated ability to document and organize tasks and decisions. β€’ Experience as a consultant or with large database or CRM implementations. β€’ Experience leading user training and testing. β€’ Flexibility and ability to adapt quickly to new situations. β€’ Professional proficiency in written and spoken English sufficient to communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders and staff effectively and accurately through all levels of the organization. β€’ Demonstrated commitment to fostering and maintaining an environment of diversity, inclusion, and belonging.
