Requirements

• Ten or more years of 401(k) plan administration experience • NIPA or ASPPA credentials • College degree • Superior knowledge of various 401(k) plan testing and administration topics • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Excellent time management and organizational skills • Ability to proactively manage a book of business • High level of critical thinking • Committed to lifelong learning and coachable
