• Enable HEOR Neuroscience/Gene Therapeutics function • Manage relationships with Medical Directors and commercial leads • Execute tactical evidence initiatives to support medical product strategies • Represent HEOR function in Medical Strategy Teams • Proactively generate and communicate evidence for patient access and product value • Manage multiple HEOR projects and associated budgets • Build robust external partnerships • Communicate impactful research to diverse audiences • Publish and present research at scientific conferences
Requirements
• Advanced degree (masters or doctorate) in health economics, statistics, epidemiology, health policy or related field required • Minimum 3 years + experience in the pharma or healthcare sector • Substantial experience in shaping HEOR and RWE strategy • Experience engaging with external organizations preferred • Strong knowledge of Health Economics, Outcomes Research, and Real World Evidence • Deep knowledge of US healthcare financing, payer environment, evolving trends
