Description

• enable HEOR Immunology function to achieve excellence in value-based evidence strategy • manage relationships with Medical Directors and commercial leads for strategic priorities • execute tactical evidence initiatives to support medical product strategies • represent HEOR function in Medical Strategy Teams • proactively generate and communicate evidence to optimize patient access • manage multiple HEOR projects and associated budgets

Requirements

• advanced degree in health economics, statistics, epidemiology, health policy or related field required • PhD or PharmD preferred, strong focus in Health Economics • minimum 5+ years experience in pharma or healthcare sector, preferably in health economics, market access or related fields • substantial experience in shaping HEOR and RWE strategy and execution • experience engaging or partnering with external organizations strongly preferred • demonstrated ability to lead and execute in cross-functional teams required • expert knowledge of Health Economics, Outcomes Research and Real World Evidence required • deep knowledge of US healthcare financing and delivery system required
