• Oversee department metrics and ensure team alignment with company goals. • Lead, coach, and develop the Client Success Team. • Lead and coach GROW & EXPAND-level clients. • Manage and maintain client health, renewal, and ascension processes. • Implement department-wide operational processes to ensure tracking and management of client success. • Leading powerful group coaching calls to engage the clients. • Engaging a high level of communication and support with clients through email, SMS, and Slack (our community group). • Leading and challenging clients to see the bigger problems they are facing and show them the clear and proven path forward to their goal.

Requirements

• Supporting, engaging, and challenging clients throughout their journey. • Clean and concise delivery of information that builds understanding and motivates action. • Effective at leading conversations, overcoming challenges. • Great with technology (Infusionsoft, Zoom, SMS, etc) • Strong Leadership skills, particularly leading with empathy and holding others accountable. • A driven achiever who rejects complacency and stagnation and who loves to exceed goals. • Challenges and supports team members to develop in their roles and achieve department success metrics. • Committed to excellence in all areas of admin, follow-up, record keeping, etc. • Passionate for professional development/growth/learning (value time with leaders and mentors who support your development). • Desire for authentically connecting and serving our clients and community (at every level - personally, professionally, to be the light they need in their world). • LOVE of leadership and leading effective growth conversations with our clients (challenging/supporting) to liberate them into making and honoring commitments to become the best version of themselves they can be. • Curiosity around finding opportunities, ways to win, new strategies to engage, connect, and serve. • Great at written, verbal, and other forms of communication (representing the NPE core values and brand). • Passion around health, fitness, nutrition, and living the lifestyle that our clients/industry represent.
