Description

• Apply appropriate analytical methodologies and instruments to research projects • Clean and analyze results and report on project findings • Create customized and presentation-quality reports from data analysis results. This includes presenting summary tables and figures to clients and other analysts • Effectively contribute to team projects • Support effective knowledge management

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required • 1-3 years of professional research/analytical experience, preferably in higher education or education market • Experience in traditional market research techniques and methodologies • Competency with statistical program packages such as SPSS or R • Competency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint • Project management skills • Ability to define inquiries and problem-solve • Experience with survey instrument development • Familiarity with survey platforms (ideally Qualtrics) • Ability to analyze research results (frequencies, multi-variate techniques, cross-tabs, etc.) • Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau experience a plus) • Ability to learn advanced techniques such as conjoint, latent class modeling, MaxDiff • Ability to transform key data into clear graphics as well as compelling written findings and actionable recommendations • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team • Superior attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills • Strong written and verbal communication skills
