Description

• The experienced Human Resources Manager will independently manage daily HR functions. • Responsibilities include full cycle recruiting, benefits administration, HR policy management, and developing best practices. • Assist the CEO in staff activities including performance reviews and employee morale initiatives. • Ensure compliance with federal and state laws and maintain knowledge of HR trends and technologies. • Recruit, interview, and facilitate the hiring of qualified job applicants for open positions. • Manage employee background checks and on-boarding processes. • Conduct exit interviews and provide summaries to relevant stakeholders.

Requirements

• Demonstrated knowledge of human resources. • Working knowledge of state and federal employment regulations. • Experience with personnel and compliance records management. • Experience working with senior leadership and corporate counsel. • Ability to work independently without day-to-day oversight. • Ability to collaborate with others at all levels. • Demonstrated strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. • Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality. • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines and work independently in a remote environment.
