β’ Mechanical engineer graduate. β’ 5 to 10 years experiences on Boilers installation or/and commissioning. β’ 5 to 10 years of experience in EPC / turnkey projects management and/or construction management. β’ Strong Leaderships skills to work in matrix organization with experience of international management. β’ Team player & networker. β’ Capacity to manage projects in different countries. β’ Capacity to define, deploy a strategy & agile vs environment changes. β’ Organizational, program development and planning mind set. β’ Frequent travels (30% of the time). β’ Fluent in English, Second langue is a plus (Chinese, Spanish, German).
