β€’ All resources, and logistics required to perform services and maintenance activities on customers' site/property. β€’ Includes all types of maintenance service (preventive and remedial), manage maintenance facilities and field services engineering. β€’ Impacts approaches, projects and programs in the functional area or affected business organization and ways of working. β€’ The HRSG Team Leader M&E will be part of the Construction & Commissioning department and ensures that all EEP / TK projects receive HRSG M&E resources in accordance with planned demand. β€’ The HRSG Team Leader is responsible to develop a proper training plan, ensure to drive KPI & target & report to the Americas C&C Pole Leader.

Requirements

β€’ Mechanical engineer graduate. β€’ 5 to 10 years experiences on Boilers installation or/and commissioning. β€’ 5 to 10 years of experience in EPC / turnkey projects management and/or construction management. β€’ Strong Leaderships skills to work in matrix organization with experience of international management. β€’ Team player & networker. β€’ Capacity to manage projects in different countries. β€’ Capacity to define, deploy a strategy & agile vs environment changes. β€’ Organizational, program development and planning mind set. β€’ Frequent travels (30% of the time). β€’ Fluent in English, Second langue is a plus (Chinese, Spanish, German).
