Description

• All resources, and logistics required to perform services and maintenance activities on customers' site/property. • Includes all types of maintenance service (preventive and remedial), manage maintenance facilities and field services engineering. • Impacts approaches, projects and programs in the functional area or affected business organization and ways of working. • The HRSG Team Leader M&E will be part of the Construction & Commissioning department and ensures that all EEP / TK projects receive HRSG M&E resources in accordance with planned demand. • The HRSG Team Leader is responsible to develop a proper training plan, ensure to drive KPI & target & report to the Americas C&C Pole Leader.

Requirements

• Mechanical engineer graduate. • 5 to 10 years experiences on Boilers installation or/and commissioning. • 5 to 10 years of experience in EPC / turnkey projects management and/or construction management. • Strong Leaderships skills to work in matrix organization with experience of international management. • Team player & networker. • Capacity to manage projects in different countries. • Capacity to define, deploy a strategy & agile vs environment changes. • Organizational, program development and planning mind set. • Frequent travels (30% of the time). • Fluent in English, Second langue is a plus (Chinese, Spanish, German).
