β€’ Nursa is a healthcare platform that connects nurses and facilities in need. β€’ Seeking a Senior Technical Support Engineer to manage customer support escalations and application troubleshooting. β€’ Communicate in English with support, operations and engineering teams. β€’ Handle multiple investigations in parallel and resolve tickets using technical knowledge of systems.

Requirements

β€’ 3+ years of experience as a Technical Support Associate β€’ Must be able to work Saturday through Wednesday, 10 am - 6 pm MST β€’ Strong written and verbal communication skills in English β€’ Ability to be self-driven and work autonomously β€’ Able to handle multiple tasks in parallel, using critical thinking to solve problems β€’ Strong knowledge of SQL (PostgreSQL preferred) β€’ Knowledge of Python or other programming language β€’ Demonstrated experience using REST APIs with JSON, as well as knowledge of common authentication mechanisms like OAuth and API keys β€’ Experience with Jira Service Desk and Salesforce Service Cloud
