β€’ Provide advanced technical/application support on software, hardware, and peripherals β€’ Consult with clients via telephone and remote access β€’ Perform root cause analysis and develop resolution checklists β€’ Conduct advanced research into software/infrastructure-related issues β€’ Mentor and coach junior analysts regarding policies and procedures β€’ Manage client escalations and inquiries.

Requirements

β€’ 6+ years experience in a technical support role β€’ Three (3) years in healthcare technology β€’ Technology experience in software development, networking, system administration, hardware, operating systems, databases (Oracle and/or SQL), remote connectivity, security, or specific NextGen Healthcare or competitor application expertise.
