• Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, information systems, information technology, coding certification through a coding bootcamp, or 3+ years of related experience. • Proficient in at least one programming language (C#, VBScript, JavaScript, markup languages, Python, or Java) • Understanding of RESTful APIs, and interpreting requests/responses. • Strong organizational skills. • Basic understanding of SQL database queries. • Basic Windows computer and server administration. • Ability to handle communication with multiple internal teams. • Ability to tailor technical communication with all levels of customer understanding. • Willingness to adapt to an evolving work environment. • Ability to manage multiple projects at one time against timelines. • Sense of urgency to drive customer progress. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • A capable quantitative thinker who learns quickly.
