📋 Description
• Develop plans, reports, and documents for land development projects. • Oversee the design and quality assurance of plans produced. • Review projects to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. • Collaborate with project teams to ensure projects are completed in a timely and cost-effective manner. • Prepare engineering plans, reports, and related documents, including but not limited to grading, erosion control, utilities, roads, and drainage. • Provide technical guidance and support to other members of the construction team, vendors, and professional consultants. • Manage the procurement and execution of consultant’s scopes of work related to geotechnical reports, land surveying, wetlands mitigation, etc. • Identify and resolve complex land development issues with reviewing agencies. • Oversee and manage project timelines and budgets. • Work closely with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders throughout the project.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree required, preferably in Civil Engineering. • 6+ years of related experience required, preferably in land development project engineering and drafting. • Professional Engineer license. • Excellent problem solving and communication skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Proficient in AutoCAD Civil 3D and other related civil engineering software.
