• Assist in the planning, design, entitlement and construction of various projects • Create detailed plans and drawings using AutoCAD/Civil 3D • Review and interpret engineering plans, specifications and standards • Coordinate with internal teams, external consultants and regulatory agencies
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related field • Professional Engineer (PE) license or Engineer-in-Training • At least 3 years of experience in civil engineering, preferably in the land development sector • Proficient in using AutoCAD and Civil 3D • Strong technical knowledge of civil engineering principals, practices, and standards • Excellent organizational, communication and problem-solving skills
