📋 Description

• Connect with growers to develop and grow sales of Nutrien SEED partners • Responsible for maintenance and growth of SEED sales • Collaborate with Division Leadership to achieve profitable market share seed growth • Communicate with Nutrien retail stores to ensure alignment and maximize seed sales • Work with farmers as a trusted advisor providing high customer service • Build brand awareness and deep product confidence across territory • Achieve and exceed defined sales targets • Partner with brand management team for product positioning

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in agriculture, Business or a closely related field preferred • 2-year degree considered with adequate experience in SEED sales • 2+ years of experience in sales or marketing management in SEED role • Strong sales ability with a proven track record of success • Strong interpersonal skills and outstanding communication capabilities • Ability to work effectively with other groups in the organization • Digital proficiency to support Seed Advisor and Digital Agronomy tools • Proficient in Microsoft Power Point, Word, and Excel
