Description

β€’ The Medical Device Sales Representative calls on physicians and discharge planners, winning patient referrals for Inogen. β€’ Works to increase marketplace adoption of Inogen products, while exceeding customer expectations and providing a consistently high level of service. β€’ Operates in close collaboration with other Referral Development Managers and the National Sales Director to achieve corporate sales objectives. β€’ Procure new oxygen patient referrals to meet/exceed sales targets. β€’ Represent/promote Inogen product and services to referral community. β€’ Meet/exceed monthly sales call targets. β€’ Deliver/set up equipment when necessary. β€’ Keep detailed records of all sales activities and customer interactions. β€’ Provide/execute territory sales plan, including strategic and tactical approaches that will result in successful outcomes. β€’ Maintain regular and punctual attendance. β€’ Comply with all company policies and procedures. β€’ Assist with any other duties as assigned.

Requirements

β€’ Excellent presentation skills required. β€’ Oxygen referral experience with proven track record required. β€’ Must be a self-starter and deliver results with limited oversight. β€’ Experience working with the 65+ demographic a plus. β€’ Proven track record of successful team participation is required. β€’ Successful experience in identifying new referral opportunities desired. β€’ Must have strong work ethic. β€’ Excellent oral and written communication skills required. β€’ Attention to detail is required. β€’ Effective conflict resolution. β€’ Analytical & problem-solving skills & ability to multi task. β€’ Solutions-oriented problem solver. β€’ Excellent planning, communication and organizational skills.
