Establish rapport with clients, thoroughly assess their business needs, and recommend the most suitable products to achieve their goals. Educate business owners using our proven sales script, offering valuable insights that align with their objectives. Commit to delivering outstanding customer service and follow-up, ensuring our clients receive the support they need. 🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of sales experience with a proven history of meeting and exceeding goals. • Call Center/Phone sales experience is preferred. • Demonstrated ability to effectively connect with clients through phone presentations and cultivate strong client relationships. • Consistent attendance and punctuality are essential, with a collaborator attitude and a willingness to embrace coaching for continuous improvement. • Initiative-taking and goal-oriented with a drive to achieve sales targets. • Demonstrated confidence in communication and decision-making, with the ability to assertively present ideas and solutions in a professional manner. • Computer Requirements: We require our remote employees to provide their own equipment and work in a designated home office where you will not be at risk of being overheard. As we are a financial institution, you will be discussing and collecting sensitive information. CPU = Quad-Core RAM = Minimum 8 GB (16GB RAM preferred) Internet Requirements: Minimum 25 Mbps Download Minimum 5 Mbps Upload Operating System: Windows or Mac (No Linux) Additional Requirements: second monitor, webcam, headset
