📋 Description

• As a Remote Financial Sales Representative at Facet, you'll be the crucial first point of contact for prospective members, guiding them on their journey to financial well-being. • You'll leverage your sales expertise and passion for helping others to educate potential members on the value of our comprehensive financial planning services. • You'll build meaningful relationships, understand their unique needs, and demonstrate how Facet can transform their financial futures. • If you're energized by the opportunity to make a real difference in people's lives and thrive in a high-growth environment, this is the perfect role for you. • As the first impression of Facet, your passion for helping others and your exceptional communication skills will set the stage for a transformative member experience. • Conducting meetings with prospective members through video calls, phone calls, and emails. • Managing a pipeline of interested prospects by scheduling meetings through text, email, and outbound dials. • Explaining Facet's planning process and managing member expectations. • Helping potential members understand how personalized financial planning can improve their quality of life. • Facilitating smooth transitions to our financial planners by clearly communicating member needs and expectations.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 2+ years of proven success in financial sales or a related consultative sales role • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-making. • Demonstrated ability to confidently conduct outbound calls and manage a sales pipeline • Self-motivated and able to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment. • Proven ability to learn and explain complex financial concepts in simple terms • A genuine passion for empowering individuals to achieve their financial goals • Experience in the financial services industry with a strong understanding of financial planning principles • Proficiency with CRM systems and digital communication tools. • Flexibility to adjust working hours to accommodate member availability, including evenings and weekends • A history of exceeding sales goals
