📋 Description

• Responsible for cold call prospecting, selling and implementing new business • Works with internal stakeholders to build customized termite control programs • Achieve or exceed annual base line target set by company • Maintain high levels of cold call prospecting activity • Identify and develop relationships with prospective customers for termite services • Self-accountability for high prospecting activity and sales performance • Travel to various meetings with prospective customers and internal trainings/meetings

🎯 Requirements

• 2-3 Years of regional or national commercial sales • Proven record of new business commercial sales performance • Strong negotiation and closing skills • Experience selling into multiple business verticals • Self-motivated and self-accountable • Excellent organizational and time management skills • Business and financial acumen • Excellent communication, interpersonal and analytical skills • Maintains a valid driver’s license/clean driving record • Skilled with Microsoft Office and Google applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
