Description

• Director of Global Expansion Strategy and Implementations • Meet Nuvei, the Canadian fintech company accelerating business for clients worldwide. • Support market entry strategies and local company establishment. • Analyze macro-economic data and payment trends for regional alignment. • Develop market entry strategies with collaboration from management. • Ensure regulatory compliance and due diligence for local setups. • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders for effective operations. • Lead internal business cases and P&L development. • Engage with Global Expansion Banking team for operational support. • This role requires collaboration with various departments.

Requirements

• 6-10 years experience in a global expansion role or Go-to market (GTM) position • Payments experience either at a major international acquirer or PSP required with a strong familiarity with Acquiring as well as Alternative Payment Methods (APMs). • Experience in Market Entry Strategy and Implementation for Card Acquiring and APMs • Experience with V/MC/Amex/JCB/CUP/UPI acquiring implementations or 3rd Party Acquiring partnership commercials and implementation desired. • Gravitas and strong presentation skills-ability engage and present at C-level • Experience or strong understanding of Regulatory frameworks and application process for Payment licenses. • Degree or professional certifications preferred.
