Description

• Bachelor’s degree [or international equivalent] or equivalent experience ideally in a scientific or healthcare discipline. • Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities. • Comprehensive understanding of drug development processes, clinical research, and regulatory requirements. • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others. • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels. • Passion for patient-centric approaches and improving patient experiences in clinical trials. • High level of integrity and ethical standards. • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities. • Fluency in English. • Demonstrated understanding of financial management. • Demonstrates professionalism as evidenced by punctuality, ability to deliver on commitments, and positive interactions with customers and teammates. • Collects and analyzes data of a consistently high standard.

Requirements

• Minimum of 15 years of experience in patient engagement, proposals, or business development in clinical research, and/or demonstrated competencies in the key requirements of the role. • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful patient engagement strategies. • Experience in conducting patient feasibility assessments.
