• Spearhead the development and implementation of innovative fraud solutions • Collaborate with the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation on National Fraud Portals • Make a tangible positive impact with thought leadership • Drive product development by defining solution value proposition and requirements • Contribute to FNA's growth as pre-sales for all fraud engagements • Champion our fraud solutions through compelling demos and thought leadership content • Develop and lead a Fraud Software Solutions team
Requirements
• 8+ years experience defining end-to-end fraud program strategy, scoping problems, and designing solutions with internal and external stakeholders • Experience of representing organisational priorities at conferences and events and producing influential thought leadership papers and blogs • Firm understanding of payment systems, fraud detection technologies, and risk management tools with familiarity of emerging trends • Fraud expertise and understanding of fraud operations • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills • 3 - 5 years of experience remotely managing cross-functional teams and third-party relationships • Ability to travel occasionally
