🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in leading engineering teams, with a track record of delivering high-quality products, ideally within a start-up environment. • A deep understanding of modern software development practices and a passion for emerging technologies. • The ability to think critically, solve complex problems, and make data-driven decisions. • Effective communication skills to inspire and motivate teams, as well as collaborate with stakeholders at all levels. • A commitment to developing and mentoring team members, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
