• Lead certification efforts across the organization. • Ensure products and services meet industry-leading standards and regulations. • Drive certification in the hyperscale-cloud provider space. • Develop strategies to scale security documentation and automation of compliance checks. • Implement efficient certification evidence collection processes. • Mentor virtualized compliance teams and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Information Technology, Security, Engineering or a related field. • Minimum of 12 overall years of experience in compliance and security roles, with at least 5 years in a leadership position. • Consistent track record of leading certification processes at cloud scale. • Excellent leadership, communication, and mentoring skills. • Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or equivalent are highly desirable. • Recognized expertise in public speaking and policy influence. • Experience with certifications including but not limited to: ISO 27001, SOC 2, FedRAMP, PCI, CSA-STAR, Sarbanes Oxley, NIST 800.##, NIST CSF, ITAR
