Description

β€’ Answer Phones diligently. β€’ Take Messages and pass them to the required team member. β€’ Handle a high volume of incoming customer service calls. β€’ Demonstrate a positive demeanor when resolving matters. β€’ Schedule and Confirm Appointments. β€’ Accurately documents all calls in EMR system. β€’ Engages and collaborates with other department. β€’ Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks, work with interruptions. β€’ Open to working alternative schedules including weekends. β€’ Responsible for timely follow-up on transferred calls. β€’ Handle confidential information and patient medical records. β€’ Participate in staff meetings and other in-services or trainings as assigned. β€’ Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

β€’ Able to prioritize assignments and multi-task in an accurate and prompt manner. β€’ Able to demonstrate analytical skill to identify, evaluate and resolve patient concerns with the help of staff and medical team. β€’ Has strong written and verbal communication skills. β€’ Has strong bilingual English/Spanish conversational skills. β€’ Able to maintain positive relationships with other departments. β€’ Has ability to maintain composure when confronted by difficult situations and to respond professionally.
