📋 Description

• Junior Business Analyst-UAT role in The Oakleaf Group's consulting team. • Responsible for ensuring final product aligns with business needs and user expectations. • Collaborate with teams to gather and analyze business requirements and develop UAT plans. • Perform documentation and reporting for system analysis and testing. • Communicate with end users to gather requirements and feedback. • Support UAT activities, ensuring correct test case execution.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, IT, Engineering. • 1+ years of experience in business analysis with a focus on User Acceptance Testing (UAT). • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex business requirements. • Proficiency in SQL and JIRA, as well as other tools. • Skilled in reporting and development using Tableau, Power BI, or other tools. • Experienced in system analysis and development using Salesforce. • Ability to manage to strict deadlines and prioritize tasks in a high-pressure environment. • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal. • Ability to diagnose and solve problems efficiently and effectively. • This hybrid position requires effective work from a home office. • Demonstrated ability to work effectively as a member of a virtual team.
