• Leading new client integrations from due diligence to onboarding • Overseeing HR due diligence across venue management, parking and hospitality transitions • Maintaining project plan for onboarding • Representing the People and Culture team during bids and responding to RFP’s
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Psychology, Organization Development, Labor Studies or related major • 7+ years HR experience, preferably in live entertainment industry • 5+ years of experience with due diligence and mergers and acquisition integration • Ability to set expectations with senior leaders • Ability to meet tight deadlines, prioritize workload and achieve effective results in a fast-paced environment • Proven analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills • Strong attention to detail • Superior communication skills, both written and verbal • Ability to work strategically and collaboratively across departments
